If you need a Winter lift, head on down to Bats Theatre for the magical, musical 'scenario' that is Milky Bits.
Milky Bits is the new show by class act Hayley Sproull, partner-in-crime Chris Parker, now joined by the fabulously funny Leon Wadham. This new production from 'The Bakery' is a rollicking good time without great purpose - and the payoff is sweet. The result of these three comic geniuses is an epic, somewhat senseless, night of sketch comedy.
Have you ever worried about life, or friendships? this show is for you! You will be laughing until you cry. The trio of comedians have impeccable timing, chemistry and - dare I say - dance skills that will leave you wondering how they pull of this self described 'thrilling pageant of millennial terror'. The show itself is a beautiful medley of delightful and occasionally scary ideas brought together by the fusion of creative strengths from its protagonists. The show has no plot per-se but really, does it matter when you are having such a good time?
"Millenial troubles are rife but these guys reckon that as long as you have your friends along for the ride, all will be well"
While it is difficult to describe Milky Bits without giving too much away, you will be treated to an explosive comedy combining sketch, theatre and occasional rude bits. Sproull, Parker and Wadham manage to successfully and poignantly describe the existential crisis of being a 20 something in a outwardly caring but short-attention spanned world. Millenial troubles are rife but these guys reckon that as long as you have your friends along for the ride, all will be well. It feels like spending the night with your craziest and funniest friends.

Filled with magical moments for everyone, Milky Bits is a must see and should see you cringing and laughing with plenty gusto. I'll suckle on that! Bravo! A solid night out everyone will love. Be sure to get your ticket early because this one will definitely sell out!
